• If you have already canceled your previous contract, proof of cancellation (within Voucher validity period) is required at time of subscription.
• Changes from SoftBank Mobile, Disney Mobile, or PHS are ineligible.
• Smart All-in-One subscribers receive No White Plan Basic Monthly Fee for seven months for Norikae Discount. No options are available.
• Otousan Tall Glass available while supplies last. Those susbcribing with a new number will receive an SMS; show SMS to retailer of purchase.

For SoftBank Mobile Customers Making New Customer Introductions

• Application will be deemed invalid if any of the following occur:
  • (1) Applications by Corporate or Prepaid customers;
  • (2) If new subscriber does not present Tadatomo Voucher received from person who introduced them (Voucher received from shop staff at time of new handset purchase/upgrade);
  • (3) If the subscriber has canceled their contract, or otherwise not fulfilled applicable conditions;
  • (4) Presenting a copy, or otherwise fraudulent Voucher.
• There is no limit on introductions. Rewards given for up to ten lines only.
• Cancelling or changing from White Plan during No White Plan Basic Monthly Fee reward period cancels reward benefits.
• If Norikae Discount or Tada Tomo Program No White Plan Basic Monthly Fee reward is in effect, this program No White Plan Basic Monthly Fee reward will apply after previous reward ends. If customer is receiving No White Plan Basic Monthly Fee discount via another campaign, reward for this program may not apply.
• New customers must subscribe S! Basic Pack to be eligible for rewards.
• No White Plan Basic Monthly fee reward is not available to customers selecting other payment plans.
