Mailed Billing Statement

A detailed billing statement showing the total billed amount and fee breakdowns such as Basic Monthly fee, Voice Call fee, and optional service fixed fees is sent monthly.

Per billing address

• Issuance of paper billing statements is free for customers subscribed to Heart Friend Discount or Priority Support, customers with handsets that do not support Internet connection services, and SoftBank 3G billing addresses that include one or more lines not subscribed to S! Basic Pack.
• Customers not subscribed to S! Basic Pack and using SoftBank X Series or SoftBank Connect Card should check the monthly billing fees using "Online Bill Information" with a PC.

Itemized Call Charge Statement

Your billing information including called telephone numbers/talk time/fees organized by date can be checked using Online Billing Information. Or if you have applied for a mailed billing statement, these details will be included in the bill sent to you.
