How to change your password

1.Access and login to My SoftBank and then click "Change password".

2.Enter your mobile phone number and the four-digit PIN number you specified in your contract application,
and then click "Next".

3.Enter your new password and then click "Apply the above settings".

4.This completes the procedure for changing your password.
Users of SoftBank 3G mobile phones, SoftBank X Series, iPhones, or Prepaid mobile phones will have their new password sent to them via SMS.
