Getting a New Password

Use this procedure if you forget your My SoftBank password.

1.Access My SoftBank and click "New user or forgotten password?".

2.Enter your mobile phone number and the four-digit PIN number you specified in your contract application,
and then click "Submit a password to your mobile phone".

3.This completes the procedure for getting a new password.
A password will be sent to you by a method that depends on the product you are using.
