Switching over from the old My SoftBank is very easy.

1.Access My SoftBank and then click "Switchover to new My SoftBank".

2.Enter your existing My SoftBank ID and password, then click "Next".

3.Enter the four-digit PIN number you specified in your contract application, and then click "Next".

4.Agree to the My SoftBank terms and conditions, and then click "Next".

5.You'll get a new ID and password.
It is recommended that you make a note of your ID and password.

6.This completes the switchover to your new ID and password,
You can use your new ID and password from the next time you login.
Please note that after completing the switchover procedure, you can no longer use your old ID and password.
