1. White Plan Basic Monthly Fee: ¥980/Month

Pay just ¥980/month without signing a long-term contract. Domestic Voice Calls and Messaging to SoftBank or Disney Mobile on SoftBank handsets is free* between 1AM and 9PM.

• * Requires S! Basic Pack (¥315/month) subscription. Messages to/from iPhone mail addresses (XXX@i.softbank.jp) and large attachments (300KB - 1MB) incur Packet Communications fees.

2. Norikae Switchover Discount

Switch to SoftBank Mobile without changing your current mobile number. We'll waive White Plan Basic Monthly Fee for 7 months, and give you Otousan Gift. If you also take advantage of our Tadatomo Program at the same time, we'll waive White Plan Basic Monthly Fee for an additional 3 months. And, if you're a high-volume user, we'll waive White Plan Basic Monthly Fee for another 5 additional months. That's a total of 15 months of No White Plan Basic Monthly Fee!

Depending on the month, the no-basic monthly fee period and the Otosan gift will change.

3. Maintaining "Accumulated Years of Use"

SoftBank Mobile will provide a discount based on the number of years you have owned your current cellular carrier's handset.

• Some models are not compatible with the above services.
• You must submit documented proof of contract with another cellular carrier.
• Blue Plan, Orange Plan and Gold Plan do not cover discounts based on years of usage.
• White Plan does not cover discounts based on years of usage.

There are no charges for switching to SoftBank Mobile without changing your number.
Only two fees are incurred:
¥2,835 transaction fee
Payments for new handset

• You cannot keep the mail address provided by your current handset carrier.
• Your email address provided by SoftBank will be SoftBank XXX@softbank.ne.jp. You can fill out XXX with the alphanumeric of your choice.
• Services including price plans and discount services provided by your current handset carrier will be terminated upon cancellation of the contract.
• Web contents and digital money provided by a content provider may not be transferred.
• Additional fees may be incurred upon cancellation of discount services included in a yearly contract.
• You cannot use your current carrier handset with SoftBank services: SoftBank handset is required.
• Depending on the status of your contract, you may not be able to make reservations via phone or website. (Qualifications for reserving MNP may vary depending on regulations of respective handset carriers.)
