- For carriers/operators displayed numerically where the hundreds position is a "0", the "0" may be removed and the carrier/operator may appear as 5 digits.
- In Panasonic handsets, a hyphen may be inserted for carriers/operators displayed numerically.
- The carriers/operators may be subject to change without notice.
