Subscription Effective Date

If a customer is applying to subscribe with SoftBank for the first time, fees will apply from date of subscription (fixed amounts will be calculated pro rata per day). If a customer is already using SoftBank, these fees will apply from the next billing month. (The same applies when terminating a Double White contract.)

Global services, video calls, or 64K Digital Data Communication (including Access Internet) are billed at ¥18.9/30 sec. (tax inclusive).

• Voice calls to specific service numbers (Voice mail (1406)/1416/Numbers that begin with * or #) incur charges at ¥21/30 seconds.
• Ad call/Navi-dial (numbers that begin with 0570), Teledorm (numbers that begin with 180), and Information dial (111) do not apply to this discount
• Video calls and 64K digital data communication (including Access Internet/tethering) incur charges at ¥18.9/30 seconds.
• Voice calls, video calls and 64K digital data communication fees are calculated after subtracting the discount amount and for this reason the discount amount will not appear in the billing statement.
• All amounts shown include consumption tax.
