During a natural disaster, upload safety status messages to Emergency Bulletin Board Service to automatically send messages to multiple pre-registered addresses at one time. SAB users may register up to 13 addresses; non users, up to three addresses.

Automatic Memory Card Back-up

You can automatically back-up your phone book , sent/received mail, schedule and other data stored in your handset to a memory card at a preset time. (Certain handset models do not support this feature）

Attention

  • If Keitai Basic Pack or SAB is subscribed upon purchasing a SoftBank handset, SAB is automatically enabled (Automatic Sync On) when handset connects to the Network, depending on handset model.
  • If Automatic Sync is On, some handsets incur Packet Communications charges, even when used overseas. To avoid this, cancel Automatic Sync before traveling outside Japan with a SoftBank handset.
  • If Automatic Sync is On, some handsets incur Packet Communications charges even after canceling SAB service. To avoid this, cancel Automatic Sync after canceling this service.
  • If SAB or SoftBank Mobile service is canceled, SAB Server data is deleted.
  • Handset Display content may vary from screenshots above depending on handset model.
  • SAB service requires subscription to S! Basic Pack (Monthly Fee: ¥315 ).
