Using Secure Remote Lock

Lock Handset

If handset is lost or stolen, lock it remotely via PC or another handset to prevent unauthorized use by third parties. Secure Remote Lock disables all operations except power on/off, and activates IC Card Lock.*1 Internet browsing, Phone Book, messaging, calling, and other functions can not be used while handset is locked.

Unlock Handset

Unlock handset for use upon recovery.

Confirm Handset Status

Confirm remote operation completion or current handset status.

Check Secure Remote Lock usage over the last 150 days.
