Subscription Conditions
Subscription to Smart All-In-One is subject to the following conditions:
- Purchase of designated handset upon application
- Purchase of designated handset at Smart All-In-One price
- Purchase of designated handset using deferred payment
- Subscription to White Plan or White Plan (i) (hereafter referred to as White Plan)
- 2-year contract
You will be billed ¥3,150 2 months after subscription date.
Smart All-In-One Plan will be terminated without notice if customer:
- Switches to a price plan other than White Plan
- Terminates 2-year contract
- Purchases additional handset at New Super Bonus price
- Transfers line to another party
Monthly Discounts do not apply to Smart All-In-One.

Discount Conditions
Credit card discount is subject to the following conditions:
- Credit card payment must be specified when subscribing to Smart All-In-One.
- Smart All-In-One must be in effect when billed for remaining balance.
Important
- If payment method is changed after subscribing to Smart All-In-One but before being billed for remaining balance, credit card discount will be voided.
- When invoiced for remaining balance of product purchase, if either Smart All-In-One line or Smart All-In-One service is terminated, credit card discount will be voided.
2-year contracts for Smart All-In-One are available when purchasing SoftBank 3G or iPhone 3G handsets (hereafter "SoftBank 3G handset") with an applicable price plan. Contracts stipulate continuous use of phone for two years.

2-year contract is subject to following conditions:
- Purchase of SoftBank 3G handset and applicable price plan when applying for Smart All-In-One
- Purchase of handset at a price other than New Super Bonus price
- Subscription to White Plan

- The first month of a 2-year contract shall be defined as the first billing month (hereafter, "starting month") applicable to contract. There will be a total of 24 billing months. Contract duration may be less than 24 full calendar months depending on invoice dates etc.
- The 25th billing month after starting month will be the month when contract renews (hereafter, "renewal month"). If notification is not received from customer during renewal month, the contract will be automatically renewed for another 2-year (24-month) period, starting from the renewal month. (This policy remains in effect until cancellation.)
2-year contract will be terminated without notice if customer: - Switches to a price plan other than White Plan
- Purchases additional SoftBank 3G handset at New Super Bonus price
- Cancels a SoftBank mobile phone contract before expiration date (except during renewal month) or a 2-year contract, regardless of length remaining on contract. Doing so incurs a ¥9,975 cancellation fee, which is billed the following month.
- Switches to a price plan other than White Plan before expiration date (except during renewal month), unless subscribing to another continuous-use discount plan with same contract duration or cancellation fee. Doing so incurs a ¥9,975 cancellation fee.
- Purchases additional SoftBank3G handset at New Super Bonus price before contract expiration (except during renewal month). In this case, 2-Year Contract will be cancelled but cancellation fee will not be charged.
- Smart All-In-One service remains in effect unless customer specifically requests cancellation and meets cancellation requirements.
