Traffic information is gathered, analyzed, and accumulated for each data transfer in order to improve network quality. In addition, data transfer may be restricted for the following:
1. Content/Service that may be restricted

| Certain videos, images | MPEG, AVI, MOV format videos BMP, JPEG, GIF format images |
| Packet communications with large volume data transfers or with such possibilities | Viewing videos, high quality images, web sites and applications that require prolonged connections |
- Data transfer speed and various files may be regulated/optimized when the above contents/services are used.
Data transfers may be regulated but they will not be disconnected. - Other data transfers and communication methods (SoftBank services such as voice calls, video calls and Wi-Fi communications) are not restricted
2. Other
- Various files may be optimized in cases where the data transfer being processed by the customer will not be affected. For instance, if the optimized file can be restored on the handset.
- Other data transfers and communication methods (SoftBank services such as voice calls, video calls and Wi-Fi communications) are not restricted.
