Subscription Effective Date

If a customer is applying for SoftBank or Disney Mobile on SoftBank for the first time, charges will apply from the date of subscription. If a customer is already using SoftBank, these charges will apply from the next billing month.

• Subscriber or family applying to use this service must also apply for White Call 24 provided by SOFTBANK BB Corporation.
• Details of service, subscription conditions, and application method will vary for BB Communicator customers. For details, please check the customer service site.
• Calls to specific providers designated by SoftBank (BB Phone, BB Communicator, and BB Communicator [Yahoo! BB Hikari with Flets]) are not eligible as free calls. For details of White Call 24, BB Phone, BB Communicator, and BB Communicator [Yahoo! BB Hikari with Flets]), please check the dedicated White Call 24 site.
• Corporate customers cannot apply for White Call 24 (they can apply for White Line 24).
