Keitai Wi-Fi

For a new SoftBank customer, service will start from the date of application (with Flat-rate Fee calculated based on days). For SoftBank customers purchasing additional handset, service starts from the first billing month for new handset.

Termination/Cancellation

Wi-Fi Value Plan:

• Wi-Fi Value Plan only covers Keitai Wi-Fi compatible handsets purchased with New Super Bonus by new SoftBank customers, or those renewing a contract or purchasing additional handset.
• Wi-Fi Value Plan requires a two-year subscription.
• Wi-Fi Value Plan subscribers must also subscribe to the following plans:
  

  - Keitai Wi-Fi (¥0/month)

  - Wi-Fi Value Plan Packet Flat Rate (¥4,410/month)

  - White Plan (¥980/month)

  - S! Basic Pack (¥315/month)

• Canceling subscription or changing payment plan less than two years after first month of Wi-Fi Value Plan Packet Flat Rate incurs a ¥9,975 cancellation fee.
• Wi-Fi Value Plan does not cover data transmission lines, Double Number B lines, or Keitai Wi-Fi incompatible handsets.

Keitai Wi-Fi:

• No Keitai Wi-Fi Basic Monthly Fee if subscribed by December 31, 2010.
• Access Keitai Wi-Fi via SoftBank Wi-Fi Spots.

Wi-Fi Value Plan Packet Flat Rate:

• Flat rate includes sending/receiving S! Mail (MMS) within Japan, Internet, PC Site Browser (including PC Mail), and PC Site Direct (X Series handsets).
• Some content may incur additional fees.
• Maximum flat rate for PC Site Browser (including PC Mail) and PC Site Direct (X Series handsets) is ¥5,985/month.
