If you are thinking of changing or upgrading your handset
- From SoftBank handsets
- From other Japanese carriers' handsets (DOCOMO, au, etc.)
Those who wish to change from overseas carrier require new application.
Bring the necessary items/information and payment to your local SoftBank Shop or electric retail store. Should any of the items/information be missing, the application may not be processed. So please make sure you have all that is necessary.
