* New Super Bonus is a SoftBank Mobile installment payment contract that includes Monthly Discounts on monthly fees. It is not a discount on iPhone. Handset prices are set by retailer. Customers may opt for lump sum payment or installment or credit plan offered by another company.

* Monthly discounts do not apply to the basic monthly fees for each plan.

New Super Bonus subscribers receive maximum discount as stated in application under "Monthly Discounts." Monthly Discount is subtracted from subscriber's total monthly usage fees¹. Monthly Discounts takes effect from second month of New Super Bonus subscription² and ends with 24th installment as stated under "Monthly Discounts."
Super Bonus subscriber's monthly usage fees1 are used to calculate Monthly Discounts.
Monthly Discount has maximum limit; should monthly usage fees used to calculate Monthly Discounts be insufficient to reach this limit, then Monthly Discount will be lower amount.
Should subscriber change subscription, purchase additional handsets, upgrade handset, or cancel contract while Monthly Discounts is in effect, Monthly Discounts will apply only through month before change³.

Monthly Discounts will appear in subscriber's statement from second month of subscription.

Installments unpaid upon change of subscription/additional handset purchase/contract cancellation/model upgrade must be paid at time of such change. For some high-end handsets, monthly installments may exceed Monthly Discounts.

Basic Option Package (i) is not available for two months of "no monthly fee" special service.

• New Super Bonus applies when purchasing iPhone at New Super Bonus special price.
• When New Super Bonus is carried over from contract change, additional handset purchase, or model upgrade, Monthly Discounts begin agains from second month after application under conditions of amount and number of months shown in Monthly Discount content column on application form.
• New Super Bonus continues after Monthly Discount ends. However, New Super Bonus is canceled when making contract change, purchasing additional handset, or changing model at other than New Super Bonus special price.
• Payment by bank transfer or credit card is required when subscribing to New Super Bonus.
• Customers cannot apply for contact change, additional handset purchase, or model upgrade at New Super Bonus special price if current handset was purchased less than six months previously (or less than 3 months previously if purchased before June 30, 2008).
• Monthly Discount is not deducted from iPhone handset purchase price.
• New Super Bonus applies to following price plans when purchasing iPhone handset:
• New Super Bonus subscribers cannot change to price plan not listed above.
• When subscribing to Simple Orange (i) plan, maximum carryover amount of New Super Bonus special discount is ¥20,880 (maximum ¥870/month*) compared to White Plan (i) or other price plans.
• When subscribing to Blue Plan Value (i) plan, maximum carryover amount of New Super Bonus special discount is ¥15,600 (maximum ¥650/month*) compared to White Plan (i) or other price plans.
• When applying for New Super Bonus or during New Super Bonus usage period, cancellation fees do not apply to one year and two year service contracts (applicable discount services listed below). In addition, when applying for New Super Bonus, cancellation fees also do not apply to other discounts.
