This contract offers Monthly Discounts if you purchase a mobile handset at a New Super Bonus price.
- As a general rule, you will not be able to upgrade your model at a New Super Bonus price if you have been using your model for less than six months.
- The New Super Bonus contract will continue after the end of Monthly Discounts. Note that your contract will be canceled if you purchase a mobile handset at a price that is not covered by the New Super Bonus when upgrading your model.
Monthly Discounts

This service will give you a discount on the total amount of monthly services covered by Monthly Discounts (henceforth the "Target Services"), with the amount on the application form for the New Super Bonus contract as the upper limit.
- Monthly Discounts will begin on the second month since subscribing to the New Super Bonus, and will end after the number of times written on the Monthly Discounts box in the application form for the New Super Bonus contract.
- If the total amount covered by Monthly Discounts is smaller than Monthly Discounts' upper limit, only the total amount covered by Monthly Discounts will be discounted.
- If you upgrade your model or cancel your contract while Monthly Discounts is in effect, Monthly Discounts will no longer apply starting on the month preceding that of your application for a model upgrade/cancellation.
- Simple Orange/Blue Plan Value/Two-year Type X/Type X are not covered by Monthly Discounts. Monthly Discounts will not apply if you switch to another rate plan from Simple Orange/Blue Plan Value/Two-year Type X/Type X, either.

Mail (MMS), Web, Mobile Data Communication), SMS sending fees, international SMS sending fees, packet data charges, S! Mail (MMS) sending/reading fees, international S! Mail (MMS) sending/reading fees, web communication fees, Access Internet communication fees, Access Internet Plus communication fees, basic fees under rate plans for mobile data communication,* communication fees for data communication, etc.

- * "Rate plans for mobile data communication" means 4G Unlimited Data Discount Flat, Unlimited Data Plan Flat for ULTRA SPEED, Unlimited Data Plan Flat, Flat-rate Data Plan, Data Plan, Data Value Pack Super, Data Value Pack Middle, and Data Value Pack Regular.
- (2) Flat rates
- Unlimited Packet Discount Flat for 4G LTE/4G, Unlimited Packet Discount for 4G LTE, Unlimited Packet Discount Flat for Smartphone, Unlimited Packet Discount S for Smartphone, Unlimited Packet Discount Flat, Unlimited Packet Discount, Unlimited Packet Discount S, Unlimited Packet Discount for Smartphone, Packet Discount, Double White, etc.
- (3) Monthly usage fees
- Internet services, S! Phone Book Backup Service, Voicemail Plus, Voicemail 20, Call Waiting, Itemized Call Charge Statements, Number Block, Group Calling, three-way calls, Keitai Basic Pack, Business Basic Pack, Business Basic Pack Plus, Backup Service Package, etc.
- (4) Commission fees
- Telephone number change fee, USIM re-issuance fee, etc.
The amount of Monthly Discounts will vary based on the time of purchase and model of your mobile handset, as well as on the following categories of Packet Flat-rate service:

- If you change the type of your Packet Flat-rate service by the end of the billing month preceding the application of Monthly Discounts following a new subscription or model upgrade, the amount of the Monthly Discounts on your contract application form may be changed.
Smart All-In-One

With this contract, SoftBank will pay 15,750 yen out of the price of your mobile handset, etc. on condition that you use it continuously in two-year units (two-year contract) and that you apply when making a new subscription entailing the purchase of a designated model. You will be billed 3,150 yen (tax included) out of the price of your mobile handset two months from your subscription.
< Credit Discount >
This service offers you a 3,150-yen discount off the amount billed in the second month, on condition that you choose to pay by credit card when subscribing to Smart All-In-One.
●About two-year contracts
- Two-year contracts require you to agree to use your mobile handset in 24-month units (billing month units).
Our services begin in the contract's first month, with a contract period of 24 months in billing month units; after expiration, the contract period will be renewed automatically (and again later on). - If you cancel the contract for your SoftBank mobile phone on a billing month other than the renewal month (that is, the billing month following contract expiration), or if you cancel your two-year contract, you will be charged a contract cancellation fee of 9,975 yen (added to your bill for the following month).
- In the following cases, your two-year contract will be canceled even if you do not request it:
(1)When you switch to a rate plan other than White Plan, White Plan (i) or Flat-rate Data Bonus Pack (if you do so on a month other than the renewal month, you will be charged a contract cancellation fee unless you subscribe to a discount service for continued use with an equivalent number of contract years or contract cancellation fee).
(2)When you upgrade your model at a New Super Bonus price (you will not be charged a contract cancellation fee even if you do so on a month other than the renewal month).
Note that, if conditions for the cancellation of your two-year contract are not met, your two-year contract will continue even if you cancel Smart All-In-One unless you notify us that you wish otherwise (for example, if a line is transferred Smart All-In-One will be canceled, but the two-year contract will continue).
